Nature of services

Trust Relocation Experts provides independent moving consultation services only. We are not a moving carrier, moving broker, or freight forwarder. We operate under NAICS code 541618 — Other Management Consulting Services.

By booking any service, you confirm that you understand and agree that Trust Relocation Experts provides consulting services only and is not responsible for the transportation of your goods.

Client acknowledgment

By submitting a form or booking an appointment on this website, you acknowledge that:

• Trust Relocation Experts is not a moving carrier or household goods broker
• Our estimates are professional consulting opinions, not carrier contracts
• You are solely responsible for selecting and contracting with any moving carrier
• Trust Relocation Experts is not liable for the actions of any moving carrier

Payment terms

Payment for Virtual Estimate ($99) and In-Home Estimate ($249) services is due at the time of booking. The Free Consultation requires no payment.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Trust Relocation Experts to charge the applicable fee.

Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

If we are unable to fulfill your appointment for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Limitation of liability

Trust Relocation Experts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

Intellectual property

All written estimates, reports, and documents produced by Trust Relocation Experts are for your personal use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without our written consent.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
