Nature of services
Trust Relocation Experts provides independent consulting and advisory services related to residential and commercial relocation. Our services include cost analysis, quote review, carrier vetting, and risk assessment.
We do not transport household goods, arrange transportation, act as a freight broker, or hold any FMCSA operating authority. We are not a moving company, moving broker, or freight forwarder.
No carrier relationship
Trust Relocation Experts has no financial relationship with any moving carrier. We do not receive commissions, referral fees, or any other compensation from carriers. Our recommendations are based solely on publicly available license, insurance, and complaint data.
The client is solely responsible for selecting, contracting with, and paying any moving carrier. Trust Relocation Experts is not a party to any transportation agreement.
Estimate accuracy
Our written estimates are professional consulting opinions based on information provided by the client and our assessment of the client's belongings. Estimates are not guarantees of final moving costs.
Actual moving costs may vary based on factors outside our control including but not limited to: changes in fuel prices, carrier rate changes, access difficulties, additional items not disclosed during assessment, and weather conditions.
Limitation of liability
Trust Relocation Experts shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the actions or omissions of any moving carrier, including but not limited to: loss or damage to goods, price increases, delivery delays, or failure to perform.
Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the amount paid for our consulting services.
